How long does a made to order piece take?+
Each piece is handcrafted individually. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the date of your order for your item to be completed and shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?+
Yes. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on every order. Delivery times vary by region, typically 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Can I request a custom colour or monogram?+
Absolutely. We offer bespoke commissions including custom colour matching, monogramming and personalised hardware finishes. Please get in touch using the form below to discuss your requirements.
What is your returns policy?+
We offer a thirty day return window on unworn items in their original packaging. Bespoke and personalised items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my leather?+
