Products and orders

Product colours and textures can vary with material characteristics, and screens reproduce colour differently. An order is accepted when payment is approved and we issue confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item, price or description contains a material error or we cannot fulfil it.

Prices and payment

Displayed prices and checkout payments are in GBP (£). The payable total is shown before payment. Customers are responsible for any destination duties or taxes unless checkout explicitly includes them.

Made-to-order and personalised goods

Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Personalised, bespoke and made-to-measure products are created to your instructions and generally cannot be cancelled or returned after production begins, except where faulty or required by law.

Website use

• Do not misuse, probe, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the website or its services.
• Saforne names, imagery, copy and designs may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
• Automated use that harms availability, security or other customers is prohibited.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Saforne is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the website. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
