Care for the everyday.
Start with the care label and the instructions supplied with your piece. Materials and finishes respond differently to cleaning and treatment.
Clothing
Follow the product's washing, drying and ironing instructions. Separate colours where directed, and check pockets and closures before cleaning. If a piece needs specialist cleaning, take its material and care information with you.
Bags and accessories
Empty your bag before storing it. Avoid overloading handles or straps, and keep delicate finishes away from abrasive surfaces. Check the individual product instructions before using a cleaner or conditioner.
Leather and special finishes
Suede, coated leather and other finishes can need different treatment. Do not assume a general leather product is suitable for every finish. If you are unsure, ask before treating a visible surface.
