Selection
Hand-Selected Hides
Every piece begins with our master craftsman selecting the finest full-grain leather. Each hide is inspected for natural grain character, ensuring no two pieces are ever alike.

Cutting
Precision Cut
Patterns are laid by hand to follow the natural grain of the leather, maximising strength and beauty. Every cut is deliberate. There is no room for error with hides of this quality.

Stitching
Sewn to Last
Using waxed linen thread and traditional saddle-stitching techniques, each seam is built to outlast the leather itself. A process that takes hours, not minutes.

Finishing

Edges are hand-burnished and sealed. Hardware is fitted with precision. Each piece is conditioned, inspected and signed off before it earns the Saforne mark.
